The owner of this company, Kurt Vonstrasser, and his staff are the most unprofessional group of people I have seen in a long time.
Their customer service is atrocious and their follow-up does not exist. I think their problem is they are so confident in being one of the most established limo services around that they have forgotten their roots (if they ever had any) and abandoned their customers and their loyalty.
I would like to see consumers take a stand and make use of companies who care about customer service and appreciate their clients and Gold Label Limousine does not do this.
If anyone else has had problems with Kurt or his company, let's please take a stand and help them realize that they need to be more customer oriented rather than income oriented.
